Arab Public Sentiment: Between Wink and Insinuation

I follow sometimes the program "Fawq al-Sulta" produced and broadcast by the Qatari channel "Al Jazeera", which "Nazeih Al-Ahdab" hosts the episodes...and some segments of the last episode about the recent summit conference in Tunis on 1 April 2019 stopped me, including that Al-Ahdab wondered about the reason for naming the summit "the Summit of Determination and Solidarity"!! And he asks what determination and what solidarity this is that they proclaim, that it is a "superficial solidarity and deep hibernation," where footage was broadcast of many of the leaders and heads of delegations sleeping while the official speeches were being delivered at the conference...and he continues his bewilderment at naming the summit the Summit of Determination and Solidarity, asking "whose determination is not known and whose solidarity with whom is not known!!..where it is not known whose dagger is in whose back among the attendees"...!!! He followed his question by presenting an image of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s reception of the retired General Haftar — Libyan — a few days ago in Riyadh...and it is said that he received a lot of money — according to Al-Ahdab’s claim — from Saudi Arabia...and what General Haftar did in recent days in attempting a military coup against the Libyan Government of National Accord headed by Serraj and attempting to seize the Libyan capital Tripoli......was linked to the general’s visit to Saudi Arabia!!..."

And Al-Ahdab, the program’s host, continued his commentary, saying that the leaders — kings and presidents and heads of delegations...— exchanged opinions "and photographed for their peoples many promised monies on the roads that in reality are nothing more than a lie of all days"...!!
Some segments of the program "Fawq al-Sulta" may fall under the label ..incitement...but there are other segments that tell the concealed truth in the chests of the Arab peoples...and among them is what he said above about the "Summit of Determination and Solidarity" which revealed what was in it...!!
