- Number of employees and their classifications: The number of employees working in the Palestinian banking sector in 2021 was (7,360) employees, of whom the senior management category: 75 employees, and unclassified employees, 791 employees; as for middle management, their number was 1,113 employees; regarding the number of executive management employees, their number reached 5,381 employees...

-       The number of bank employees holding PhDs was 4 employees, and those holding master's degrees 396 employees. As for holders of bachelor's degrees and higher diplomas, their number reached 5,546 employees, while the number of employees holding diplomas was 475 employees.
