Creative Chaos: Between the Stick and the Carrot

·       Do the winds blow not as the rulers’ ships desire..!.. The angry Sri Lankan popular crowds we witnessed only recently… marched by the hundreds of thousands in a majestic procession and an enraged human tide.. and seized the presidential palace. Thus the president and the prime minister fled and ran away.. from the palace.... as the angry people insisted on their resignation and departure from Sri Lanka...... These are the winds.. and they may intensify and blow.... in other afflicted regions... including the Middle East.....! Therefore the Americans and the Israelis... should not be emboldened and rely on the saying... that by coercing and normalizing some leaders.. they will normalize the peoples of the region and put them in their pocket... ...!! ..History contains lessons... We, for our part as peoples... all repeat the words of the immortal poem of our poets and literati..... "If the people one day desire life... then destiny must respond"...!

·       It is not far off when American politicians spoke of creating a new Middle East through "creative chaos".. it is chaos.... but it is creative.....! That is how they explained it to us.. in workshops of some NGOs, and in the media... And in the acceleration of events.. over recent decades..... the events of the Arab Spring.. were one of the manifestations of creative chaos.. which in its form arose for change.. but it created destruction inside countries... and between countries and their borders outside... and brought anxiety and instability and sowed discord... in some countries and between others... and regimes came to owe allegiance... to the makers of creative chaos..... And the race continued... towards the enemy... and agreements were signed, so that yesterday’s enemies became today’s partners.. and the dictionary of political vocabulary for some Arab politicians was changed... that it is normalization with Israel.. the occupying state.. to become a friendly state, which is not strange for some Arab countries. For six countries of the League of Arab States appeased America’s efforts to abolish the resolution.. concerning the labeling of Zionism as a form of racism.. in 1975... despite the opposition of fifteen Arab countries of the League of Arab States to the resolution.. but with embarrassment..... In one of the past years, in 1991 the United States mobilized 111 votes in favor of abolishing General Assembly Resolution No. 3379 issued on November (Tishrin 2) 2 in 1975.... while the vote had been in favor by a majority of 72 votes for the decision... to consider that Zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination... And it was said at the time.. and in order to appease the United States of America at that time, as the leader of the new world (in 1991).. that some Arab delegates.. agreed.. or did not object to the abolition of the resolution....!

·       Will, I wonder, the "Ibrahimiyya" list succeed in luring new candidates to its membership... during the voting at the Jeddah conference which will be held soon, under the patronage of President Biden.. and his cohort...?

·       A race and struggle between the lists "Ibrahimiyya" and "the Hesitant" and "the Silent" at this conference and other Arab countries nominated but not present are preparing by letting their hair down... in readiness for the day of entering the normalization cage...!.. The allied media leak that at the conference.... there will be two options and no third... either to take the American carrot according to the rules....... flavored and colored Israeli.. and register.. according to the concept of the Sudanese method, where previously, as a founding member of the normalization list, it justified its signing of the normalization agreement with the Israelis by saying that Sudan’s interest necessitated normalization with Israel .. do not blame us..! So it signed.!! .amid the anger of most of the Sudanese people..... Or to accept the option of the stick ... for those who object and the present knows the absent.. that is how they promote it.....!

·       The Americans and others in the shadows.... among the aides of some Arab leaders ...spread the culture of the American carrot... where they coerce some leaders and officials in Arab countries by lavishly bestowing money... sometimes individually to buy their loyalty...... And this is neither strange nor new...! And what we hear from forums of (political naiveté). And from some prestigious press, much.. it has been said that a number of leaders of Middle Eastern countries, were or still are... receiving salaries since the early 1950s, and their names are listed on the Friends—Agents—CIA list, with annual salaries of no less than $1,000,000 at the start.. not to mention the annual American aid...... And it is said that some of it was cut by an American president (in 1977), when he learned of its existence, as no one had previously informed him of these lists..... Certainly there are similar lists in other countries of the world.... the names of some of their leaders are on the payroll lists of the American CIA, and (gossips) add in this regard... that most leaders of the Arab security apparatuses receive generous monthly salaries.. until their veins become (softened) so that they do not raise a voice.. during their public service...... and no one hears.. and no one.. knows..! In addition to their basic salaries in their countries...! ..

·       Do you think that the United States and Israel cannot recruit and coerce a number of Arab leaders.. especially if they add security for their positions of rule.. and their protection... and this is a feature the Americans and Israelis provide... to spare these rulers from the treachery of time.. and the awakening of the people.... Consequently... there will be an eagerness to sign normalization agreements by some Arab leaders........ without regard for their peoples..! I believe in the ability of the United States and thereafter Israel to a new season of recruitment.. of some Arab countries.. especially since Israel has been circulated as a friendly state... and it has replaced (Iran) as the common enemy of the new Middle East forum... led by Israel.... ...... As the culture of American carrots develops.... by creating joint economic projects.. with Israel or under its supervision.. which, according to their vision, will contribute to appeasing the peoples and reducing their opposition..... after the peoples have been deprived of some basic services.. and salaries cut and government spending stopped.. to increase unemployment.. until such horizontal projects come... from companies and individuals and businessmen and their families and acquaintances... as a reparative balm... for the artificially created deprivation and poverty..!. Thus influential (elite) groups of the targeted people will obtain abundant profits and incomes.. making non-participation in these projects a loss for them..... And thus the opportunity is seized... and the people consequently... become captive to the collaborating ruler.. and his entourage....!

·       History has taught us.. that peoples will overturn the table on the heads of those who govern them... and those responsible for them.. despite their great patience.... and deep endurance of their wounds.... but they will not sacrifice their freedom ..... and their will...; Cuba is one example of defiance..! ... where a blockade has been imposed on it by the United States of America.. for more than fifty years.... yet Cuba..... did not surrender..! ..Despite the sanctions and the American ban.. on all aspects of Cuban life.....!..... And the last scene we saw a few days ago.. the Sri Lankan people’s march of hundreds of thousands on the presidential palace.. and the seizure of power.. will not be the last scene to demonstrate the ability and will of peoples to continue the struggle for true freedom and independence.. and to fight corruption from within ... and from outside.. ...!

·       It is the creative chaos of the peoples.... and certainly not the destructive chaos of the Americans...!

·       The Palestinians.. still aspire to a sovereign state.... at least, according to United Nations resolutions... And will President Biden.... implement the notion of "the two-state solution" on the basis of the resolutions of international legitimacy... on his upcoming tour to Israel and the surrounding Arab states.....! We deserve.. in reality and are capable....... and in United Nations resolutions and international law..!

·       Especially since we have maintained diplomatic relations between us as Palestine and the United States since 1844.. when the first American consulate in Jerusalem in Palestine was opened...!

·       Let us pray for the League of Arab States... to recover from the disease of silence..!. It seems that the mouths of its officials have become full.. so their eyes became shy..!.. They did not stir a hand... because the long-lived ones.. have given to (the elites) of the League’s officials.. enough to satisfy them... so they were silent.. about speaking and there is a proverb we have that says "the suspenders untie the trousers"... We implore God that there is no draft resolution in the works…. to inaugurate and declare the League as a platform of peace for the new Middle East forum.... and to change its charter... and to amend the terminology of the three no’s – concerning Khartoum in times past..... to three "yeses" to Westernize the League of Arab States..!
