·       So I do not forget, on a day like this 30/9/1966... I boarded the plane departing from Jerusalem International Airport in Qalandiya.. Ramallah to Cairo to continue my studies at the Egyptian universities... I remember that day with all pride and honor.. and my father’s agal was around my neck while he saw me off and my mother (may God have mercy on them).. معنقرا...... and between that day and this day.. the events of the cause unfolded... While our concern in those days was dealing with the effects of the Nakba and the return of the refugees, the West Bank was a part annexed to the East Bank, together forming the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.. and there were no settlements and there was a forbidden area from the remnants of the Armistice Agreement... and the dimensions of that area were vivid before me.. where my town.. Azzun near Qalqilya lies on the Green Line..... and events developed after that day of my departure so that the situation deteriorated and began with the Setback... passing through black days for the Palestinian and Arab people.... except for uprisings that began strongly and then slackened... and creative solutions at the start of 2000.. from the roadmap to an independent state.... but the Arab League.. showered us with statements of condemnation and denunciation... and settlement increased to an extent that makes it impossible to establish the Palestinians’ dream... and the Palestinian negotiator forgot the issue of settlement.... so it was ferocious in the early years of the Authority’s existence and until now .... the discussion of settlements was postponed for 20 years... along with issues deferred to the final stage... and America abandoned its creative solutions regarding the transfer of power within it.... and they struck Gaza ... many times and martyrs fell during this period and thousands were taken prisoner and tens of thousands.... wounded and we began to feel that Israel is a brotherly country to many Arab countries..... and there was air travel between these countries.. the cause wandered until it no longer existed after the inventors of the Arab Spring. from time to time..... I visit my town Azzun these days.. for the olive season people went down to their fields, some of which are behind a hateful wall and some of which are close to many of the settlements that surround the town... not fewer than 4 .. settlements.. and the situation of the rest of the Palestinian villages and towns. and I feel that we were deceived by all parties..

·       Look at what used to be called Qalandiya Airport.... it became. a ruined land .. nothing remains between us except the firm will .. that we will return.... one day... generations of our fathers and mothers died with a sense of regret in their souls...... the Arab agal is no longer معنقرا... I confide to myself and say.. in this nation there are generations.. that will not forget.. and will restore the right.. according to a pattern of thinking different from what preceded... knowledge and work are the way... all greetings to you...
