Rather, it must go beyond the reality confronting the peoples of most Arab countries, ....where the regime apparatuses there, "and over the years ...in power, have lost their appetite for change and renewal" in a world whose circumstances now, and tomorrow, differ from what they were yesterday and the day before..!
