Safe Havens for Tyrants' Funds

From... long ago... "those days" until now "these days"... the smuggling and transfer abroad of national funds of many countries has not stopped...!

In (Iran)... the State Bank guaranteed the smuggling of $25 billion... into the account of the late Shahanshah of Iran. (He ruled Iran from 1941-1979).. and this amount exceeded Iran's own budget at that time.... The Shahanshah collected this amount from his commissions on oil... after the fall of Mossadeq (Prime Minister of Iran in 1953, with the assistance of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency... and the Iranian central bank was harnessed, transferring the amounts monthly...! to banks in Switzerland and the United States.!.. and when the Islamic Revolution led by the late Imam Khomeini occurred, and the Iranians came to reclaim their money... from Switzerland... this neutral state asked them first to prove... (that the Shah did not earn his money by the sweat of those he levied...)!.

As for (Haiti)... for example... President François Duvalier (ruler from 1957-1971) collected one dollar on every sack of flour...! produced by the state, and transferred it abroad..... without the Minister of Economy himself knowing.. because the president was collecting it... outside Haiti... with the assistance of the National Bank of Haiti..!

And in (the Philippines)... the volume of the thefts of President Ferdinand Marcos and his wife (ruled from 1965–1986) amounted to about.. $3 billion.. which the Bank of the Philippines transferred abroad.. treating them as proceeds of foreign companies....!

And we say as a comment..... "He who sees the misfortunes of others.. his own misfortune becomes lighter on him."....!!.. on the basis of ratio and proportion...!
