The British newspaper The Sunday Telegraph presented us with an article dated 21-7-2018 by Mr. Edward Malnick, reporting that the "Institute for Global Change" TBI, which was established by the former British Prime Minister and former United Nations envoy, the Quartet Middle East mediator Tony Blair, and whose institute focuses on globalization, received $10 million for the institute staff as a result of their consultancy work for the Saudi Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman. These consultancies are to implement the Saudi Vision 2030 program, which was adopted by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The amount was received from a Saudi foundation abroad MIL, which is affiliated with a Saudi group specialized in research and marketing in Saudi Arabia.... in addition to £9 million sterling, which was received in return for a secret agreement between the Saudis and the institute, which is considered a non-profit institution. The institute owned by Mr. Tony Blair announced that the mentioned amount was received as a donation in light of the meanings of the institute’s message and mission—non-profit—and not for Mr. Blair personally, and, as the institute declared, this amount will be used to provide consultancy to the Saudi government on how to implement the Vision 2030 program.

In an article Mr. Blair praised the Vision 2030 program and declared his support for it; it is a program launched by the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to restructure the Saudi economy. Blair also praised, at an earlier time, the Saudi Crown Prince for demonstrating an advanced level of clarity in defining and understanding the nature of extremist Islam, and Blair advises Western decision-makers to learn from His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman in this respect. That was in September 2017, expressing his praise and admiration for this vision, which he considered one of the most important events that occurred in the region in recent years.

Tony Blair, born on 6-5-1953, led the British government for three consecutive terms between 1997-2007, and he was forty-four years old; he is considered among the youngest ages of party leaders and prime ministers since 1812. He became leader of the Labour Party in 1994, studied law between 1976 and 1983.... He and his brother were raised by an ascetic father, since his father—the well-known lawyer—stopped speaking after suffering a stroke while Tony Blair and his brother were young. Blair married in 1980 his wife Cherie Booth, a graduate in economics from the University of London, and they have four children...

Tony Blair is a controversial figure; he continued British policy aligned with American policy while serving as Prime Minister with regard to the siege of Iraq and the inspection for the so-called weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. He resigned from his post in 2007 after his reputation noticeably declined due to his alignment with American policy while George Bush—Jr.—was the head of the United States at the time. He faced many difficulties as a result of this policy regarding Iraq, and how false information was adopted concerning the search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, and how such information was fabricated and adopted as the basis for aggression and the destruction of Iraq in 2003. He did not apologize for this policy, announcing nonetheless his regret for the victims, and that he took the information presented to him "in good faith." Despite the Chilcot Inquiry, formed to present a report on the Iraq war that took 8 years to issue, at a press conference on 6-7-2016 the report described the invasion of Iraq as hasty and based on incorrect information, and that it bypassed United Nations requirements..... Evidence of his involvement in the conspiracy plotted against Iraq and its destruction: he was appointed on the same day he resigned from the head of the British government in 2007 as envoy of the Quartet for the Middle East peace issue, composed of four members: Russia, the United States, the United Nations, and the European Union. His chairmanship of this famous Quartet during the ten years he served as its head did not produce any change or achieve any movement on the issue of peace in the Middle East; rather, his role was ambiguous, and the peoples of the Middle East were lost amid many annual conferences of this Quartet but without any result. The formation of the Quartet under Blair’s chairmanship was considered merely a sedative and an illusion of a solution... It was also known during this long period that he accepted consultancy jobs for his personal benefit... It has been said also that he profited greatly from his relationship with the late President Muammar Gaddafi, and other cases...

He was able to halt the 2006 investigation into the case of providing bribes and commissions by the British arms company in an arms deal called "Al Yamamah" to Saudi princes, an investigation that had begun in 2004. These commissions amounted to billions of dollars, and they secured the conclusion of the Al Yamamah arms deal for Saudi Arabia, valued at £43 billion. The first phase of the agreement began in 1985 and continued for 20 years to supply Tornado and Hawk aircraft in numbers considered unprecedented, and to establish maintenance and training workshops and a dedicated airport in Saudi Arabia for this purpose. The British government under Tony Blair at the time, it was said, signed under a Saudi threat to cancel the remaining phase of the deal entirely if the British authorities — the Serious Fraud Office — continued the investigation into the matter and pointed to princes from the Saudi ruling family. The matter was closed in 2006 in a secret session because completing the implementation of the deal was vital to Britain’s national and economic security, and there was a need to avoid harming the Saudi ruling family by publishing news of commissions to some of its princes. Blair explained that the public announcements and questioning should stop because Britain’s higher interests were threatened.... and the file was shelved. It is worth noting that Saudi Arabia was supplying 600,000 barrels of oil per day throughout the period of the deal in its multiple phases, which lasted 20 years, in return for payment for this deal. The issue resurfaced in November 2017, when the British Labour Party insisted on reopening the investigation into the secret commissions which had previously been closed as noted above, especially since this coincides with the anti-corruption campaign recently launched by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As mentioned above, Blair participated in foreign policy and international issues such as Kosovo and Sierra Leone, and the war on the so-called "terrorism," where he supported the United States... and its war on Afghanistan, and the overthrow of the late President Saddam Hussein’s regime, and the systematic destruction of Iraq after its invasion in 2003. Upon establishing the Institute for Global Change in 2016, he was able to enter into ongoing work contracts with many clients, including: the United Arab Emirates, which paid him in his capacity as an advisor to the Abu Dhabi government in previous years, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Mongolia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the investment bank JP, and undisclosed deals for governments and private companies. He is a private marketer of globalization programs and the economic liberal theories established by the American economist Friedman..(the Chicago School)... which see natural disasters and crises as incentive opportunities for profit and change... Adherents of this theory sometimes resort to creating crises and wars to achieve gains and entrench the principle of privatization, and to allow multinational global companies to enter the afflicted sites... to seize and steer the national economy of the countries concerned... This school established the principles of globalization... which recognize no limits for states nor for their sovereignty....

Tony Blair was shocked by the announcement of the conversion to Islam of his sister-in-law Lauren Booth in 2008, which occurred during her visit as a journalist to Palestine. Her story is that Mrs. Lauren’s admiration for Arabs and Muslims began in 2000 when she saw a picture of the martyr youth Fares Auda standing in front of an Israeli occupation army tank as it aimed its gun at him while defiance shone in his eyes as he carried a stone to resist the tank... which ended his life with a hateful shell. She covered the Palestinian elections in 2005 as a foreign journalist and had the opportunity to interview President Mahmoud Abbas; she met a Palestinian taxi driver who cared for her and provided assistance in her work without any compensation, and she wondered about the West’s right to classify Palestinians as terrorists!!!... During a visit to the Gaza Strip in 2008, in the month of Ramadan, Lauren wrote: "I saw a woman who owns nothing in this world except a small house, with some pictures stuck to its walls, and I asked her why you are fasting? She answered: to feel the poor, and at that moment I said if this is Islam, I want to be a Muslim"... and she was....

· Tony Blair is a shrewd politician, a trickster and a silent instigator who does not stir dust in his movements; he does not like Muslims, and this is clear from his call to the West at one conference to ally with Russia and China to stop the rampage of "this Islamic monster that will wreck the world," in his expression!!!
