American Indifference to Palestinian Rights

● The lexicon of the United States of America... is full of terms that signal disguised intentions.. !!.. such words as: human rights, democracy... combating terrorism, and the infringement on American national security, the two-state solution, etc. They are terms and words that are true... linguistically... but I mean them to be false in practice!

●  Human rights — these have not been activated, and they have been crushed by the American administration in cases involving the rights of the Palestinian people...!. For example only, not exhaustively.. when an American citizen named Rachel Corrie, may God have mercy on her.. and before 20 years, the incident of her martyrdom, who often raised the slogan "Be Human," advanced that day carrying a loudspeaker and wearing an orange jacket toward an occupation bulldozer to prevent it from approaching and destroying homes in the Gaza Strip in 2003, and from bulldozing farmers' lands, believing that her foreign features would protect her from the occupation's brutality, but she fell within minutes a lifeless corpse....under the tracks of the occupation's bulldozer.....and the American administration did not care to take up the rights of its citizen..because the killer was an Israeli occupied bulldozer..!. Just as happened with the American-Palestinian journalist the late Shireen Abu Akleh.. when she was killed and shot by the Israeli occupation army.. in Jenin about a year and a half ago ..and the American administration paid no attention to all this violation of dead human rights.!. who was one of its citizens..because the killer was Israel..!

● Just as the American administration forgets and avoids, for example, the rights of the Palestinian people, or mentioning the causes of the Palestinian refugee problem in the year of the Nakba 1948, that its cause is the Israeli occupation, and its repercussions from seizing Palestinian land, and committing massacres against Palestinians for more than 100 years.. and demolishing their villages which amount to more than 500 towns and villages.. and it still demolishes Palestinian homes.. until now ..and practices collective punishment policies against them.... and this is what its ambassador in Tel Aviv previously (Friedman) expressed, when he announced that there is only a dispute over land.. between the Palestinians and the Israelis in the West Bank ! avoiding mention of the Israeli occupation for more than 75 years... Just as it avoided the Deal of the Century, which the former US President Trump announced, from any mention of the occupation in the Deal of the Century’s clauses.. or even mentioning the number of refugees, where the American administration under Trump did not recognize their numbers according to the United Nations’ official records, which are several millions..! when he said that they were only 44,000 elderly refugees... whereas the generations after them from their descendants, are not refugees.. unlike the current Jewish generations... some of whose ancestors were burned by Nazism.., these young Jewish generations.. continue to receive attention from the West and are continuously given compensation and special lifetime facilitation... enabling them to move, reside and work easily in Europe..... as those who deny the existence of the Holocaust are punished. Anyone in the world who denies the Holocaust is considered to have an unforgiven sin... and is prosecuted.!...... Moreover, the United States canceled its contribution to funding the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees... during President Trump’s administration...!

● As for Palestinian human rights — its children, women, elders, men.. and youth, for example in the Gaza Strip... they have been subjected to a tight blockade that has lasted more than 17 years.. by Israel.. and international relief fleets were unable to break the blockade of this unjust prison... and the last of these attempts was on 31-5-2010, when Israeli commandos in international waters boarded 6 ships from the Freedom Flotilla carrying humanitarian aid, to prevent them from entering Gaza, and this was followed by fighting, in which no fewer than 9 people were killed, the majority of them Turks, and Israeli media responded to this Israeli piracy... that this is not a relief flotilla.. but contains a unit of fanatical terrorists supporting al-Qaeda!!, wishing to destroy the State of Israel, and the United States remained silent!... and the blockade remained until the present time... at the same time that the opening of the Egyptian Rafah crossing is banned.. under Israeli pressure and the framework of peace agreements between Egypt and Israel, and the United States, at an appropriate time, threatens the Egyptians that it will withhold financial aid from them.. reminding Egypt that its record on human rights is unsatisfactory to them..!

● What human rights does the American administration defend!. And the war of annihilation has continued for more than 66 days since October 7, and the United States stands opposed to a humanitarian ceasefire, for the sixth time in the Security Council.... This humanitarian truce is only... for human rights to protect civilians.. in Palestine and among them... the supply of water and medicine, and completing the burial of more than 20,000 martyrs, the majority of them children, women, and treating the wounded in the tens of thousands, and thousands of the missing, under the rubble of Gaza’s buildings, most of which are destroyed,.. and the American administration does not pay attention to, nor does it mention the millions of Palestinians who are being forcibly displaced from their land... and a second Nakba is being carried out for those Palestinians, who are originally refugees from the first Nakba in 1948.....!

● What human rights does the American administration defend while it denies the rights of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.. including children, women and the elderly, and does not acknowledge calling them prisoners, and makes Israel’s demand that their families be paid compensation by Palestinian social institutions... an act deserving of collective punishment.. and for that they detain Palestinian funds (clearance revenues)... in the hands of the occupation authorities.. for blackmail..!

● As for democracy.. this term fell apart.. when the American administration during President Bush’s days insisted on the Palestinians holding free elections in 2006 in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem, and they were internationally monitored.. and internationally declared to be fair... and that they were held in an honest democratic atmosphere.. and it happened that Hamas won those elections.. and the Palestinian people respected the election results.. but the American administration together with Israel were not satisfied with the result.. and the White House cut off aid to the Palestinian people... and the American administration and Israel were a fundamental obstacle to restoring affairs between the two parts of the homeland.. despite all attempts that were made to bridge the rift and to stitch the wounds after Hamas's coup against the national authority in Ramallah...... and the American claim about its call for democracy around the world was exposed as false..!

● Is there democracy for example... muzzling people's mouths.. for freedom of expression of opinion is one of the pillars of democracy as the United States has declared... So why then is freedom of expression restricted when the opinion criticizes Israel..! The US Congress in recent days... enacted a law equating anti-Semitism with anti-Zionism..!!..

● As forterrorism.. the American administration prepared lists classifying terrorism and definitions of it. From its perspective, whoever defends the rights of his country and homeland and does not meet American standards... is considered a terrorist.. while the American administration brought in extremist terrorists from ISIS to Syria and Iraq.. through its regional agents.. and began to declare that it was present with the coalition states in Syria, to fight the terrorism represented by ISIS.. and later... the American administration under former President Trump announced the defeat of ISIS... but the United States did not leave Syria.. Why?.. American forces remain in Syria, occupying Syrian oil wells... and American forces are present in 28 locations in Syria!

● As for the two-state solution.. the United States has called for it.. on occasions chosen by the American administration.. but President Biden said it on his first visit to the Middle East after his election in 2020, that the two-state solution is a fair solution.... suitable for Palestinians and Israelis.. but such a solution... requires a long time to achieve..! We do not know why a long time!!.. Is it until the Palestinians qualify and strengthen themselves, according to American ISO... after being updated, activated, and a new generation created... at the same time that settlements are applied to what remains of the land of Palestine! ..until there is no land left for an updated authority... to place its American-made chair on it.. after the country and people are lost!!

● The American administration will not obtain.... a new Palestinian generation, according to the American political ISO it draws... nor even a Palestinian ruling elite, according to its modernization and activation protocols... because no one from Palestine, inside or in the diaspora... can sing outside the Palestinian flock that believes in its rights and its return to its historic homeland!
