· Do not be deceived by the people's chant for the homeland; for the people in secret are not the people in public
· For they have no aim other than hunting for money; in the day and tomorrow and the times past
· They did not intend good but feign it; casting toward evil or intentionally toward seditions
· (Ma'ruf al-Rusafi)
· The silence of most official Arab and Islamic regimes, most recently the Arab and Islamic summit (57 countries)...whose convening date took weeks.....about stopping the massacre being carried out by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip..for more than forty days...so that it seemed to the peoples of these angry countries that there was no sincere will or intention, and a concern for the level to which the massacres carried out by the Israeli occupation army against civilians and the destruction of everything in the Gaza Strip have reached, including the bombing and destruction of hospitals, mosques, churches, civilian shelters, bakeries, power stations, water tanks, and preventing the arrival of humanitarian aid through the Egyptian Rafah crossing, to the point that what were called their faint statements and demands to the world were met by the Western countries participating in these massacres with nothing but yawns..and disregard for them... Is this conceivable...?
● Reviewing some of the recent past, regarding the positions of those close to the regimes in the Arab and Islamic worlds, we find that there were some topics concerning the Palestinian issue; we review two of them: the first: the adoption of a UN decision considering "Zionism a form of racism and racial discrimination" ! The details of its adoption date are as follows:
· General Assembly resolution number 3379" dated 10-11-1975...considering "Zionism a form of racism and racial discrimination", it was supported by 72 states, opposed by 35 states, and 32 states abstained from voting!
· The General Assembly at that time referred to its resolution number 1904, dated 20 November 1963, in which it issued the United Nations Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, and the nefarious alliance between apartheid in South Africa and Zionism, and other decisions of several international bodies on the matter...." It was decided that Zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination" !
· Sponsors of the resolution: 25 states:
· Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Cuba, Dahomey (now Benin), Egypt, Guinea, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Yemen North, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, SouthYemen, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates Arab States.
· The voters Yes: (72) : the 25 countries above, in addition to 47 countries: Albania, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burundi, Republic ByelorussianSovietSocialist, Kampuchea Democratic, Cameroon, CapeVerde, Chad, People's Republic China's, People's Republic Congo People's, Cyprus, Czechoslovakia, Equatorial Guinea Equatorial, Gambia, East Germany (Eastern), Grenada, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Laos, Madagascar, Malaysia, Islands of the Maldives , Mali, Malta, Mexico, Mongolia, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Turkey, Uganda, Ukrainian RepublicUkrainePeople's, Soviet Union.

● This decision (3379) which was issued in 1975 was revoked ... by resolution 46/86 issued on 16 December 1991..!!
· On 16 December 1991, the United Nations General Assembly, acting on the efforts of the United States of America and in the name of the new world order, approved the revocation of General Assembly resolution 3379, which had stated that Zionism was a form of racism and racial discrimination. The new General Assembly resolution came in one line and said the following: "It is decided by the General Assembly to revoke the determination contained in its resolution 3379" – according to the source "As-Safir", 17/12/1991).
· The revocation was supported by 111 states, opposed by 25 states, 13 states abstained, and 17 did not participate in the vote!
· It was noted that among the countries that supported the revocation were: the United States (the sponsor of the draft resolution), all European countries, Japan, all the northern countries, the Soviet Union, the three Baltic states, Belarus, Ukraine, and Yugoslavia.!
· As for the countries that opposed the revocation, they were: 13 Arab states: Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Yemen, in addition to Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brunei, North Korea, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran and Malaysia, Mali, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.
· The countries that abstained from the vote were: Angola, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, Laos, the Maldives, Mauritius, Burma and Trinidad, Tobago, Turkey, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.!
· The countries that were absent or did not participate in the vote were: Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Tunisia, Djibouti, Chad, China, Comoros, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Niger, Senegal, South Africa, and Vanuatu!!
· The resolution came in one line, drafted by U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger, and said the following: "It is decided by the General Assembly to revoke the determination contained in its resolution 3379" (source "As-Safir", 17/12/1991).!
· The Zionist entity considered the revocation of resolution 3379 a historic victory, and attacked the Arab states that opposed it!
· How can one explain the abstention of seven Arab states from voting against the revocation of the resolution? Why did these seven states not fulfill the responsibilities they had committed to in defending the resolution based on the decisions of the Arab and Islamic summits?.
· The theorizing carried out by Palestinian and Arab parties in that year (1991) regarding the distinction between a good Zionism and an evil one, and the negation of the Palestinians' right to return to their homeland, and the announcement of amending and tearing up some of the essential articles of the Palestinian National Charter, and the calls to establish a Palestinian–Jordanian–Israeli economic union, and the expression of the desire to annul Resolution 3379, led to encouraging the American administration to proceed with its plan to impose the annulment of the resolution, and weakened both the Arab and the Islamic positions in defending the resolution.
● Moreover, Israel made the annulment of Resolution 3379 a condition for its participation in the Madrid Peace Conference in 1991, which was annulled under Resolution 46/86 issued on 16 December 1991
● The second subject: the removal of " the principle of "Jihad" from the agendas of the Islamic, and Arab, states at the "Dakar" summit dated 11-12-1991...
● Rabat hosted the first summit of the leaders of the Islamic world in 1969, following the burning of Al-Aqsa Mosque by an extremist Jew, and the matter developed toward the declaration of the establishment of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in 1971, on the pretext of defending the honor and dignity of Muslims, including Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.. In the aftermath of the sixth session of the meeting of the leaders of 45 Islamic countries, and in the presence of United Nations organizations, the League of Arab States, and “African Unity” and the “Non-Aligned Movement,” at the session organized under the name “The Noble Jerusalem Session for Harmony and Unity,” a report was issued by the “Committee on Political, Organizational, Fundamental and General Affairs” affiliated with the organization, which affirms what it states: “the continued strengthening of Islamic solidarity with the Palestinian people, and the firm commitment of Islamic states to implement all resolutions issued concerning the city of Jerusalem, and especially the declaration of Jihad to liberate it, and to free Al-Aqsa Mosque from the yoke of occupation.”!
● However, in the sixth conference, held in the Senegalese capital Dakar between 9 and 11 December 1991, the clause “Jihad” was removed from its agenda, including Resolution No. “3/6 – S (Q A),” titled regarding the Noble City of Jerusalem, concerning “Jihad” to liberate Palestine, which was absent from the final communiqué of the Dakar summit, where the statement reiterated that the Palestinian cause is “the foremost cause of Muslims,” expressing its support for “the efforts exerted to establish a just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East,” and the leaders of the Islamic world were content to declare their commitment to “liberating the Blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque,” and to renew the commitment to “strengthening Islamic solidarity, in order to ensure its return to Palestinian sovereignty, and to preserve its Arab Islamic character.”!
● The exclusion of the word “Jihad” in Palestine constituted a shock to a large segment of Palestinians and Arabs in general, especially the resistance factions, who saw in it a political Arab decision taken behind the scenes..!
