-        Seek knowledge .....even while you are in your homes..!!...Seek knowledge even if it is on the air..!!...The leaps in technology and the world of the knowledge economy, and the digital economy.....are subsidiary phenomena of the world of globalization ...the world of the Fourth Industrial Revolution..all these leaps ...and this whole world on the air.....have created a market for education with new concepts, methods and tools....so no classrooms..no walls for classrooms...just, using the Internet network...you can access libraries with millions of books...and hundreds of thousands of institutions cooperate with academics on their electronic pages...and their published research that is spread on cloud networks...(I Cloud).which can also save your mail, your documents, your photos and your research...on this electronic cloud..without the censor's hand sneaking in to inspect them....just, exactly as you see that joining work has become from inside the home, and this pursuit in its various aspects..has become electronic..and there is no contradiction in that ...the pursuit is not by feet but by minds..and its capital is only a computer..a laptop..Internet...and..exactly like seeking knowledge ...it is not going to China, but rather you go to the knowledge of China on the air..Online! and take from it what you want...And obtaining academic degrees has become ..especially master's and doctorate degrees..whose basis is research...within reach...other countries have advanced ahead of us ..and we remain arguing over recognizing such universities...or not recognizing them !!..according to our educational policies...we should have recognized a package of these strong universities..and reviewed their standards..in their countries to receive the knowledge...and see what is suitable for us..and adopt it..and by adopting it..the holder of such a degree obtains jobs in the local market...and science and education politicians in our country may object to the necessity of continuous personal attendance to obtain the degree for its recognition...but there are several evolved means for face-to-face discussion..and taking exams ...as if you are present in person..what about Skype..and video communication devices..and electronic surveillance and electronic cameras....etc. and whatever new electronic means emerge..they place the person in the atmosphere of a virtual exam room..and you submit research papers ..to academics in various parts of the world ...via electronic pages...and the discussion and correction take place..and the student is provided with all information and data via video tools and Facebook and WhatsApp ...etc. of means that have become...countless in the world of globalization and a world without borders....

-        Traditional universities...still and will remain educational institutions .present at least in the bachelor's program..the foundational...they believe in the physical and mental attendance of students..while electronic universities . there is a reduction in receiving knowledge by removing physical presence...from the admission requirements. In addition to that. electronic universities are not subject to ruling systems..their educational bodies are guided...to their concepts...!!...in addition to offering wide options and multiple specializations ...to students...!!

-        Training doctors for not a short time now, to my knowledge ..has become via television screens and internet circuits ..where the surgeon in Houston performs open-heart surgery...a trainee medical student in Riyadh can watch it and learn it...!!

-        We must change our way of thinking in solving our problems ...and catch up with the caravan ...of science and development ..and knowledge..we only need to rethink the process of recognizing academic degrees from some of these universities...which have become established....and we can put our own marks ..in the ranking of such universities and their standards...but certainly not all universities..there are electronic universities whose concern is collecting money ..and giving the degree in illogical time periods...but a high educational council in our country that is established ...can manage this method of the advanced academic program..,,
