President of the United States James Monroe announced in 1823 that the United States had "special rights" in South America... and, from the American point of view, considered it "its backyard"... and on that basis former President Roosevelt declared that Colombia is considered "the cornerstone for access to South America".. and that it connects the southern countries with the Isthmus of Panama, and then with both North and Central America; it enjoys a central pivotal location...

Colombia did not lose the confidence of the United States but was a trusted ally despite the bad reputation for drug traffickers, yet the greatness of Colombia was tarnished by hatred and violence. Examples include the FARC and M-19 organizations... which all reconciled recently with the help of the United States. And despite the conflicts and contradictions, Washington and the financial institutions on Wall Street, throughout history, viewed Colombia as a pivotal country in determining the political and commercial interests of the Americas.

For many years the United States has tried to secure Venezuela's loyalty and obedience.... but that was difficult under elected and popular leaders such as the late Chávez.. and the current President Maduro who followed the same path as his predecessor... Venezuela wants to determine its policies away from allegiance to the United States.. and not to be tied to its policies and ambitions... Venezuela is an oil-rich state, the first country in the world where oil was discovered in 1930.. and this is the main pillar of American greed.. in addition to the seeds of freedom that Venezuela and some Latin American countries sympathetic to it are trying to sow throughout the continent to rid it of dependence on North America...

The United States tried to control Venezuela economically through companies and efforts called "development and aid and aid agencies".. by sending American consulting firms to establish projects to revive the country's economy in the early 1970s, but some of the hidden tasks of those consultants was to facilitate the economic enslavement of Venezuela by drowning it in loans until it could hardly repay them.. and thus the United States would intervene to protect its interests... that was the plan... and to stir unrest in Venezuelan society... and to support the wealthy families there at the expense of the poor majority.. This was stated in a book by the well-known writer and economist John Perkins, Economic Hit Men. (Confessions of an Economic Hit Man), in chapter twenty-one of the aforementioned book... when the author presented goals like those economic consulting missions.. He is the economic expert who was sent to Venezuela via Colombia and Ecuador in that period...

Colombia, Venezuela and Panama were one country during the Spanish colonial period of the continent. It is known that Venezuela separated from the Federal Republic of Greater Colombia (Colombia) in 1830... after the initial declaration of independence in 1810... Panama was also forced to separate from the aforementioned republic in 1903.. when the treaty of separation was signed between the United States Secretary of State and a French engineer working on the construction of the Panama Canal. In addition to the French engineer who supervised the opening of the Suez Canal "Ferdinand de Lesseps" who also supervised the opening of the Panama Canal..... not a single Panamanian signed the secession from federal Colombia.. and this step was taken by the United States after the cutting of the Panama Canal at that time, to ensure an American military protection line on both sides of the canal controlled by the United States...

Colombia is naturally a beautiful country, with splendid palm beaches on the Atlantic and Pacific, enchanting mountains and rainforests... Historically, Colombia played a vital role in the history and culture of Latin America; in the era of Spanish colonization, Colombia was the center of authority where the colonial governor remained for all Spanish territories from Peru in the north to Costa Rica in the south. In the modern era, Colombia supplied most of the leading writers, artists and philosophers of Latin America.

Colombia is located in the northwest of the Latin American continent.. It is bounded to the north by the Caribbean Sea, to the east by Venezuela and Brazil, to the south by Peru and Ecuador, to the northwest by Panama and to the west by the Pacific Ocean.. It is the only country in Latin America that has coasts on both the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.. Its capital is Bogotá. Its population is about 50 million people... and its area is about 1.142 million square kilometers.. As for Venezuela, its population is about 30 million people with an approximate area of 933 thousand square kilometers and its capital is Caracas..

Colombia surrounds Venezuela with a long land border.. and complements the encirclement of Venezuela almost like Brazil's land border with Venezuela... Therefore the United States and Israel are cooperating with Brazil it seems after the arrival of the new president to power who bears resemblance to President Trump in lines of international policy.. and likewise with Israel, which also tries to take revenge on the current regime in Venezuela.. Maduro, Chávez's successor, where diplomatic relations between the two countries are severed in protest from Venezuela over what Israel is doing of cruelty to the Palestinians and the destructive wars in Gaza

There were reports of the arrival of Israeli special units.. and American military personnel.. attempting to arrange what they called "the protection of democracy and the opposition in Venezuela" which occurred after Venezuelan Parliament President and opposition leader Juan Guaidó declared himself president of the country instead of Maduro.. all of that with the support of the United States and some Western countries and Israel.. Venezuela is witnessing these days demonstrations aligning either with that segment of the opposition, or with the elected President Maduro who still controls the army, despite punitive American economic measures where the accounts of the Venezuelan oil company and the Venezuelan central bank were frozen.. and their funds were put at the disposal of the opposition leader who is backed by Washington.. in addition to the opposition leader's pressure on Britain not to hand over to Maduro, the legitimate president of Venezuela, the Venezuelan gold balances and reserves held by Britain... It is expected that the opposition leader will attempt to recruit units of the army to rebel against the legitimacy.. and to join and support the ranks of the opposition to undermine and topple President Maduro's regime.. It is possible that the Israeli and American supporting units will enter Venezuela if they have not been positioned on the border adjacent to Venezuela and Colombia.. to pounce on the legitimate authority in the country. It is also possible from the Brazilian-Venezuelan border.. and the legitimate president is trying to arrange early elections to try to demonstrate the people's inclinations in the face of all the desperate American attempts to overthrow the regime given its disagreement with American policy.. and because Venezuela is an oil state, and an important source of energy within sight of the United States...
The American attempts to subject Latin American countries to its policy and especially Venezuela are not new; there was a coup in Venezuela in 1968 led by Omar Torrijos who was determined to gain independence from the United States without aligning with its enemies where the Chinese and Russians tried to court him to their side during the crisis... but he refused.. and proceeded on a neutral and free course..

The United Nations is incapable of standing in the face of United States attempts to intervene in Venezuela and topple the legitimately elected regime.. under the pretext of protecting democracy and the opposition... and rescuing the population from poverty which, according to its claim, reached the level of famine.. according to intelligence reports that are clearly prepared from the American point of view... which is what the book Economic Hit Men indicated.. by its author John Perkins.... who toured the countries of Latin America as an expert with an American consulting firm called Main.... and which, it is clear, and other groups of economic experts such as "milton fardman – the Chicago School –" which led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people in Latin America in the 1970s and 1980s. while they applied economic concepts of modern liberal capitalism, which support the monopolistic private sector and erase the role of the public sector.. which stands with workers and the poor classes...

We have not sensed a serious and clear position from the Arab states and the League of Arab States—at least to denounce the American attempts to invade Venezuela openly and explicitly and in violation of international law, and via Colombia, Israel, Brazil and others. The real and practical positions and actions of Venezuela—especially its support for the Palestinian people, where it allocated seats and scholarships for thousands of Palestinian students to study at the expense of the Venezuelan government—show how much Venezuela is a country with which we ought to sympathize in word and deed. Moreover, most countries in Latin America are by nature aligned with the Arab position and the Arab Palestinian right in Palestine, and we have heard words from countries in Latin America that the preachers of our mosques cannot match in calling to fight Israel and those who support it, and to support the Palestinians!!

We are losing the truly free countries by our silence and our fear of the US administration, which proceeded to recognize occupied Jerusalem as the eternal and united capital of Israel and moved its embassy there—while most Latin American countries, led by Venezuela, defied it and stood with the Arab Palestinian right in Palestine!!
