Cries of Pain... While People Sleep

In the pitch-black darkness in the middle of these nights, the wind howling and the winter's biting cold, and the stillness of the night, we still hear the sounds of bombs and explosions by the Zionist occupying army in the city of al-Bireh... for the fourth consecutive day.... and perhaps all this is elsewhere but in areas far from our place of residence in the industrial area..... they break into homes and terrorize children... searching for the revolutionaries... they pay no heed to covenants nor to heavenly messages nor to an international community.. ..nor to treaties that they said they were still faithful to.... unjustly...!. Our little ones may be afraid... but the whole occupation... is afraid... and terrified.. this is the truth.... We will not leave these lands.... and we will not surrender.... holding fast and content in our faith in God and in Palestine and in our Arab and Islamic nation and the free people of this world..... Our voice will not be silenced.. even if others are silent.. about all this injustice and brutality and colonialism.. here.. our lands.. and we will remain in them and die in them with dignity... and may the occupation depart.... for Palestine is the Palestine that is whole in our hearts..... for us and for our nation.. and the fire inside us will not go out... O God, the tyrants have increased in their tyranny.... we ask You for deliverance..... and Your safety and Your security... You are All-Hearing, Responsive...
